It's a big ask to put your resources, time, and vulnerability into my hands. But if therapy is on your mind right now, it's the right time to do it. There is a misconception that exercise and/or medication alone can help you achieve a more positive mindset and attitude towards problems in your life. Yes, it can help, but it isn't a sustainable way to overcome the challenges you face. You need to dig down into the more deep-rooted issues that make you keep experiencing the same patterns.


You may think you don't have the capacity to change yourself or your relationship, but you do. Trust me, everybody is capable of growth and change, I have seen it with my own eyes. You have the power to make a difference to yourself or your relationship. The relationship counseling and therapy techniques I offer are designed to increase your satisfaction in all aspects of your life including your work, your hobbies, and your relationships.

Treats symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, grief, and loss. It can also help if you are going through a phase of life or transition.



Healthy relationships nurture mutual respect, safety, and care. The process of having a great relationship with someone you adore starts from within.



Premarital counseling gives you both a safe space where your thoughts and opinions can be heard. I create a blame-free zone where you can make decisions and discuss your feelings without fear of being hurt or abandoned.



Through pregnancy and postpartum counseling, you can find support, discover a way to navigate your feelings, and find a more positive mindset.



I offer a short-term, solution-focused therapy model specifically for adjusting to parenthood. It is a more structured approach tailored specifically to focus on topics important to a family in transition in your relationship.



Sessions are $275 for individuals and $325 for couples per 50-minute session.*


I typically see clients weekly to keep their treatment moving forward. Short-term therapy is available for clients who would like to work on specific issues with a limited time frame. We can discuss your needs during our initial consultation.

*  I reserve a portion of my practice for sliding scale clients, so please inquire if I have availability. I also provide referrals to pre-licensed Registered Associate Marriage and Family therapists, who charge lower rates since they are completing their required hours for licensure.
